At Muskmelon Lifestyle, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product or service that you have purchased through our platform.

Order Cancellation

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order.

Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to our logistics partner and the shipping process has been initiated, or if the product is already out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

Non-Cancellable Items

Muskmelon Lifestyle does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc.

However, a refund or replacement can be made if the user establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not satisfactory.

Damaged or Defective Products

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our customer service team immediately.

The request will be entertained once our team has checked and determined the issue at its own end. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 1 day of receipt of the product.

Product Not As Described

If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service team within 1 day of receiving the product.

The customer service team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Products

In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue directly to them for resolution.

Refund Processing

In case any refund is approved by Muskmelon Lifestyle, it will take 2 days for the refund to be processed to you.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product is defective

Return Request Process

Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with:

  • Your order details and order ID
  • Clear photographs of the product showing the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
